The sea swim course is close into the beach and is

Fun Triathlon	1x short lap
Sprint Triathlon	1 x triangular lap
Classic & Relay Triathlon	2 x triangular lap

second stage of the race takes you on to the cycle course.
This fast and flat circuit has the added benefit of a closed road.
The run course which is also fast and flat proceeds out and back along the sea front, before finishing on Martello fields to the cheers of the crowd!
