The Course
The event starts with the swim in Trentham lake within the gardens and promises to be reasonably warm due to the depth of only approximately 1.5 metres. The cycle course is around the Staffordshire countryside which is relatively flat for a fast time and finally the flat run course on tarmac and gravel track takes in the scenic views of the park and the lake.
