The Event
This new and exciting venue is Caldicot, a historic Welsh coastal town situated close to the Severn bridge, easily accessible from South Wales and the South West region of England. The event is aimed at all abilities and fitness levels, from complete novice to club and pro triathlete, as well as charity and fun competitors. All entrants receive the free quality official race T-shirt and there are prizes for top 3 male and female in both the Fun & Sprint competitions as well as age group prizes in the Sprint Triathlon and general spot prizes.

Distances

Fun: 200 metre Swim - 19 km Cycle - 2.5 km Run

Sprint: 400 metre Swim - 19 km Cycle - 5 km Run

Relay: 400M Swim - 19 km Cycle - 5K Run (One competitor for each leg!)

Beginners to Triathlon
If you have never done a triathlon before then this is the event for you! We can supply you with a training guide with step by step instructions on how to train properly for the event. You can download the training guide from our website now by clicking here.

For the Triathlon all you will need is
Swimming goggles (not compulsory but recommended), swimming costume or trunks, bicycle (must be road worthy), cycle helmet & running shoes or trainers.
